Glass Bulb Picture Ornaments
These glass bulb picture ornaments are so quick and easy that you won’t be able to stop once you start. Just imagine the lights illuminating the faces of the people you love…
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Clear glass Christmas bulbs, Pictures, A pencil (or something shaped like it and the same strength as a pencil), Confetti, Torn tissue paper, Cotton Balls, Ribbon or ornament hook
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut your picture into a circle. The circle should be the size of the bulb. Be careful not to make the circle too small.
2. Carefully take the top off of the bulb and pour a handful (or more) of confetti, torn tissue paper or a few cotton balls into the glass bulb ornament.
3. Using the pencil, roll your picture around the pencil (picture side showing).
4. Keeping the picture rolled, drop it into the glass bulb (Being careful to have the top of your picture at the top of your bulb.
5. Once your picture falls into the glass bulb, it should unroll enough to see your picture. If it doesn’t, use your pencil to open the picture some.
6. Carefully replace the top of the bulb.
7. If you are using ribbon, tie it around the top of the bulb. There should be a circle on the top that you can tie the ribbon through.
8. You’re done! Hang your bulb.
